Change is not the name of an event, it is a process that requires continuous and constant work, since our problems are so grave and chronic, that only an institution needed to resolve them. We all have to make this institution alive by investing our energies to make it capable of safeguarding our interests so that it may return energy with more density to every vet. It cannot be denied that we have succeeded in many of our objectives but have so many challenges yet. Unemployment is still a challenge and a list of problems seems to be endless, but so is your potential and will to work to resolve them, as some of the major are resolved during this tenure. For these destinations we need your faith, unity, struggle and productive criticism to get right path. We are sure of the dawn of the betterment.
